OUSON Health is intended as a personal health-record management tool. It does not independently measure or verify health data.
Not Medical Advice
OUSON Health is provided for personal health-record management and general informational purposes only.
The App Does Not
- Diagnose any disease or medical condition
- Provide medical treatment
- Replace professional medical advice
- Provide emergency medical services
- Recommend medication or changes to treatment
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately. Do not rely on OUSON Health for emergency assistance.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Protecting access to your device
- Informing us of suspected unauthorised use
- Ensuring information entered into the App is accurate
You must not enter, store or share another person’s health information without appropriate permission.
Measurement Accuracy
Health measurements displayed in OUSON Health are based on information entered by the user.
OUSON Health does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness or reliability of entered measurements.
Measurement results may be affected by the measuring device, measurement technique, physical activity, environment and other factors.
Check that the measurement was entered correctly.
Follow the instructions supplied with the measuring device.
Consult a healthcare professional if you are concerned.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the App unlawfully
- Attempt to access another user’s account or information
- Interfere with the App’s security or operation
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service, except where permitted by law
- Use the App to provide unlicensed medical diagnosis or treatment
Service Availability
We aim to keep OUSON Health available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Account Termination
You may stop using OUSON Health and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious misuse
- Security risks
- Fraudulent activity
- Legal requirements
- Material violation of these Terms
Intellectual Property
OUSON Health, including its design, branding, text, software and original content, is owned by or licensed to ReanneQ Sdn. Bhd.
You may use the App only for its intended personal purpose.
No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReanneQ Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for loss or harm resulting solely from:
- Incorrect information entered by a user
- Reliance on the App as a replacement for professional medical advice
- Use of an inaccurate or improperly operated measuring device
- Internet or third-party service interruptions
- Unauthorised access caused by a user’s failure to secure their account or device
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
