Returning the product
If you change your mind at any time after a purchase, items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt.
Do note that only UNUSED and UNOPENED products and packages can be returned. As such, the item must remain in the same condition received, in its original packaging, and attached with the original proof of purchase receipt.
Getting your refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will update you on the status of your refund. Once your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return shipping
Please note that you are to be responsible for the arrangement of the return and that the return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it is due to a defect in the product.
