This Privacy Policy explains how ReanneQ Sdn. Bhd. (“ReanneQ”, “OUSON”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use the OUSON Health mobile application and related services (“OUSON Health” or the “App”).

Depending on how you use OUSON Health, we may collect the following categories of information.

  • Body temperature readings

  • Operating system
  • Login activity
  • Error and diagnostic information
  • Security and performance information

We do not currently collect health measurements directly from an OUSON medical device through Bluetooth or another automatic connection. If this functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the relevant permission disclosures will be updated.

Health Information and Medical Purpose

OUSON Health is intended to help users manually record, organise and review personal health measurements.

Not a Medical Diagnosis Service

The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance or professional medical advice. Information displayed by the App should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Users should seek professional medical advice if they have concerns about their health or measurement results.

OUSON Health may use third-party service providers to operate and maintain the App.

Transactional emails, including account verification and password reset emails.

Authentication services where selected by the user.

These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us and are expected to implement appropriate safeguards.

Depending on the infrastructure and service region used, personal information may be processed or stored outside Malaysia. Appropriate safeguards will be applied where required by applicable law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information only:

  • With service providers necessary to operate OUSON Health
  • When required by applicable law, court order or regulatory authority
  • To investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents or violations
  • As part of a corporate restructuring, subject to appropriate data-protection measures
  • When you provide explicit consent

Data Retention

We retain account and health information while your OUSON Health account remains active or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with the account, except where retention is reasonably required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

Backup copies may remain temporarily within secured backup systems until they are overwritten according to the applicable backup cycle.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your OUSON Health account and associated data through:

Profile Account Settings Delete Account

You may also submit an account deletion request using our public account deletion page or by contacting OUSON Health Support.

Deleting your account will normally delete:

  • Your OUSON Health account
  • Your profile information
  • Health measurements associated with your account
  • Personal notes associated with those measurements
Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot normally be reversed.

Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access personal information held about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled

Requests may be sent to support@ouson.com.my . We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

Monitoring and security review

However, no online service, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

OUSON Health is not intended for independent use by children under the minimum age required by applicable law.

Where health information concerning a child is entered, it should be managed by a parent, legal guardian or authorised adult where required by law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the required permission.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also provide notice within the App.
