Does it measure forehead and ear temperature?
Thermo Vision supports forehead and ear measurement, and includes a child mode. Follow the product manual for the appropriate mode and correct use.
How long is the warranty?
Thermo Vision includes a 3-year Standard Warranty. Official website purchases receive an extra 1 year automatically at no additional charge. Any paid extension is added on top of this cover. Add an extension with your device in the same purchase for Early Bird pricing, with no prior or separate registration required. Later purchases use Standard pricing and require a verified valid Standard Warranty. Cover activates after confirmed payment.
What happens to other products I add?
Other products are separate purchases and keep their own warranty terms. An extension for this device does not cover other items.
