Ouson Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Optional Registration
    This warranty extension is an optional service. Customers are not required to purchase it to enjoy the standard warranty.
  2. Eligibility
    Products with expired standard warranty are not eligible for extended warranty registration.
  3. Registration Requirements
    Must submit Order ID, Product Model, Serial Number, and Lot Number.
  4. Invoice and Payment
    An invoice will be issued. Warranty will activate only after payment is received and verified.
  1. Coverage
    Covers manufacturing defects only. Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, and external damage are not covered.
  2. Non-Transferable
    The extended warranty applies only to the original product and purchaser.
  3. Right to Reject
    Ouson may reject applications if info is incomplete, payment is not received, or the original warranty has expired.
  4. Terms Update
    Ouson reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
