Do I need to register my standard warranty first?
When adding an extension with a new device in the same purchase, no prior or separate warranty registration is required. For a later purchase, we verify a valid Standard Warranty from the OUSON Health App or old website before payment.
How do I qualify for Early Bird pricing?
Add the extension when purchasing your new device, in the same order. That is the only way to receive Early Bird pricing. A separately purchased extension always uses Standard pricing, even if bought separately on the same day.
What does the extended warranty cover?
Eligible manufacturing defects only. Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs and external damage are not covered. The extension applies only to the original product and purchaser.
When does my extension activate?
Your extension activates after confirmed payment. If payment is still processing, or payment is confirmed but activation is pending, check the existing payment status instead of paying again.
Is an extended warranty required?
No. This is an optional service. You do not need to purchase an extension to enjoy your standard warranty.
